This building included the conversion of approximately 120 residential units. The feature penthouse floor consisted of a conversion of commercial office to market rate residential rental apartments. This renovation included all new infrastructure to convert from commercial space to residential, new apartment finishes throughout, and the buildout of outdoor terrace space for each individual apartment.
