Leadership team

 Michael Bennardo is the founder of Keystone and currently serves as President. Starting his career in 2007 Michael started on the ground floor of renovation work throughout Queens, NY and quickly moved into managing and supervising large scale multi-family rehabilitation projects, Restaurants, and School work for Pratt Institute and Columbia University. By 2011 Michael became the Director of Construction at his previous firm where he oversaw the company’s operations for close to 9 years before founding Keystone Builders which has rapidly grown into an up and coming contractor in the tri-state area. Michael’s wealth of knowledge in all different aspects of the industry helps to guide Keystone as they emerge as an industry leader in their respective market.
