 Michael Bennardo is one of the two founders of Keystone and currently serves as President of Finance and Business Development. Starting his career in 2007 Michael started on the ground floor of renovation work throughout Queens, NY and quickly moved into managing and supervising large scale multi-family rehabilitation projects, Restaurants, and School work for Pratt Institute and Columbia University. By 2011 Michael became the Director of Construction at his previous firm where he oversaw the company’s operations for close to 9 years before founding Keystone Builders which has rapidly grown into an up and coming contractor in the tri-state area. Michael’s wealth of knowledge in all different aspects of the industry helps to guide Keystone as they emerge as an industry leader in their respective market. 

Joseph Alagna is the Co-Founder of Keystone Builders Group and serves as President of Construction and Operations. With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Joseph began his career at a young age working in construction. In 2003, he launched his own demolition and carting business, gradually expanding the company into specialized trades including concrete, masonry, painting, carpentry, and drywall. This hands-on experience across multiple disciplines has provided Joseph with a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the construction process and continues to shape Keystone’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

In 2019, Joseph partnered with Michael Bennardo to establish Keystone Builders Group with a vision of delivering exceptional, full-service construction services across all phases of a project. As President of Construction and Operations, Joseph oversees the planning and execution of Keystone’s projects while maintaining the company’s rigorous standards for craftsmanship and performance. His leadership and extensive industry experience have been instrumental in building Keystone’s reputation for reliability and have helped establish the company as a trusted partner for clients throughout the region.

 Thomas Bennardo is a partner at Keystone and serves as Vice President of Estimating and Procurement. Beginning his career in the industry in 2009, Tom began working at the ground level working his way through the operations department at his previous firm before eventually settling into the role of estimator and procurement officer. Tom now oversees all of Keystone’s estimating and purchasing needs specializing in budgeting and pre-construction services for clients, adding a level of personal care to any project he works on. His attention to detail ensures that clients feel comfortable with their budget throughout the design phase of a project, which leads to a seamless transition to the start of construction.
